Our resort is committed to making our facilities, amenities, and services accessible to guests with disabilities. Below is a description of many of the accessible features of the resort in its public and guest room spaces.

Accessible routes to and through the facility.
Elevators in all buildings with access to rooms and public areas.
Access ramp for wheelchair to main lobby & pools.
Access ramps in restaurants.
Accessible rooms available, with special amenities (on request).
Guide dogs and service animals are welcomed.

Wider doors for wheelchair access.
Accessible bed height (accessible transfer from bed to wheelchair).
Sink and toilet (18 inches height).
Standard roll-in shower with shower bench, grab bars, and hand shower.
Accessible hardware and minimal resistance to open the door.
Accessible temperature and light controls.

Additional options that can be provided:

A request to relocate a telephone or other equipment to a more accessible position.
A request to remove additional furniture from the room (like chairs or tables) that may impede access for the wheelchair user.
A request to provide a mini-refrigerator for the storage of medication.
